Before you book
Is the Distribution Health Check really free?
Yes. It's a free 30-minute video call with no obligation. You leave with three prioritised fixes whether or not we work together.
Who is it for?
Owners, CEOs and founders of OTAs and travel agencies who sell flights or packages through GDS, NDC, LCC or consolidator content and want better margin or conversion.
What should I prepare?
Your current channels and suppliers, two or three key routes or markets, and the one problem you'd most like solved. Screenshots of pricing or reports help but aren't required.
What happens after the call?
If there's a clear opportunity, I'll propose a paid Distribution Audit: a deeper review with a written, prioritised roadmap. Scope and fee are agreed only after the call, and only if it makes sense for you.
Do you work with agencies outside Malaysia?
Yes. Calls run online, and my day-to-day work covers B2B travel operations across more than 11 countries.
